As a Charleston, SC, native and second-generation REALTOR®, I coudn't be more passionate about guiding clients through the intricate process of buying and selling real estate!
I'm a proud alumna of the College of Charleston where I graduated magna cume laude with Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Communication. I currently serve on the Board of Directors for the Charleston Athletic Fund as well as a Mentor for Cougar Launch, a leadership program for female student-athletes! Additionally, I'm truly honored to be the first female in College of Charleston history to serve as the Athletic Fund Board Representative on the Alumni Association Board!

First, we'll meet to walkthrough your home and discuss details prior to listing including repairs, staging, landscaping suggestions and more.
After careful evaluation of the current market and weighing that information with your goals, we'll create a pricing and marketing strategy all before taking pictures.
From there, I assist with everything from coordinating showings to communicating with other agents, getting showing feedback, negotiating and advising you through offers and repairs, and the list goes on!
